Clothing and location are the 2 things I think are most critical to being comfortable in getting naked.
- Loose fitting shorts/skirt – so they are quick and easy to put on
- shirt/blouse with buttons – these can be wrapped around quicker than having a t-shirt
- Slip on shoes/trainers (sketchers do an excellent slip-in trainer that is also comfortable)
- Walking naked and bare foot is better than just naked
- Scout the area a few times, so you know what is/might be round the corner
- If you do hear voices then slip on you clothes – there’s no shame in dressing unnecessarily
