From what I remember, there were two problems:
- it wasn’t possible to configure the editor in the age-restricted forums without it also becoming available in the unrestricted forums, and
- the editor permitted uploading photos, which can’t be allowed in the unrestricted forums
I thought we “solved” it by deciding that posts could not be edited. Instead, we should repost an edited version and then BIN (ie, delete) the original copy.
