Hiya,

It’s getting colder outside and I have discovered I feel stressed if I can’t undress outside.

I started to walk through me housing block for a few minutes on an evening

Do other people feel a stress when winter arrives.

I still feel nervous  though being undressed indoors in my housing. I know this is something I’ve already decided “I don’t care” I’ve not actually b internalised that
