I would say no to both those ideas. We already have the 3 starter dares (A, B, and C) so not really sure why advanced ones need to be separated. It also makes the increase in challenge and opportunity obvious to all who want encouragement.
If you have separate UK & US lists there is a danger that you are implying the dares are legal in that country and state, which can all be very different
