Yes, that video content is interesting.
I struggle with all the blog content being on here though as I really do react to the photos in a strange way. Also, if anyone sees what’s on my phone, it might not be full nudity, but definitely NSFW. I can understand why it’s a site full of men, and I can’t really expect to feel that comfortable as a woman I suppose. -

I’m always curious about what people look like naked so I don’t mind the photos and, in my previous life here, I usef to send some in. I wondered what it would feel like to be seen naked by more people, and it was enough of a thrill for me to keep going. Mainly, though, I like to hear what people think about nakedness – why is it often scandalous? why is it interesting? do some people really think it’s about sex? So videos of people talking about being naked are definitely interesting.

Yes, it helps on several levels, not least if we get nervous new members.
As a side issue, I can’t see a like button for posts? -

I’ve never actually played any kind of strip game. I’d like to, but only if it has no way of coming back and biting me in real life at some point. I don’t have friends I’d do this with, and I didn’t when I was younger either.
I’m interested to see the option to post an attachment. I thought that was going to me only in the verified forum?

And I see that I can edit a typo if I notice fairly quickly, but the edit function is only available for a short time after the initial posting.

We played years ago as a small mixed group of friends. It never became boring but it was a bit of a habit we got into and eventually we each migrated to different parts of the country, so all in the past now. At the time we trusted each other to be discreet (and cameras, even digital ones, were much bigger then!) but it very occasionally crosses my mind that what if someone now decides it was a bad thing that messed their life up. We were adults. We were friends. 99.9999999% of the time it’s a happy memory. I’d definitely play again!
The software told me I was replying to post number 699 but then it lists the reply it at the end of the discussion so it’s not obvious to the reader that I was replying to a specifc post from @Jesss – I’ll try to remember that in future (but clarity was never a strong point!)

Generally, I like new replies at the bottom of a thread. I’ve tried copy and pasting what I’m replying to this time.

So it still allows attachments, but they need to be very small files. Did you intend attachments to be allowed here Ed?
I thought it was to be text only for users?-

“Generally, I like new replies at the bottom of a thread” – they’re certainly easier to find there instead of them getting mixed in the previous discussion. (I wanted to say missed in the mist, which must be a very common exprerssion I’ve never noticed!) I just have to remember to mention what I’m replying to.
“Did you intend attachments to be allowed ” – The little instruction box that appears when typing a comment includes something about images (<img src=…) which I couldn’t get to work. It blanked out the contents of the quotation marks (the location of the image on the web) so the image didn’t appear. Then I noticed that attachments were possible so did it that way.

If this is still here, I didn’t manage to delete it. (“Is there anybody there? Knock once for yes and twice for no”)
(Edit – No, there’s no delete button.) (But I’ve just accidentally deleted something inconsequential I posted on the other site when trying it out!)

Sorry – when I said delete, I meant bin, and no I can’t see that here. The attachment link has now disappeared. Maybe I saw it before the age verification started working. The little box of instructions has also disappeared, presumably as intended.

So presumably that picture is proof that you can still upload attachments? I seem to see the option occasionally, but not every time?
I can see the age verified forums now. Ed started that he would automatically verify people who were clearly the same people he’d verified on the old site. It’s not like we’re getting any younger!

I imagine that if participants can’t delete or edit anything that they’ve posted, they won’t post. Attachments are nice to have, but the ability to repair errors and indiscretions sounds more important. Not having a “bin” option is OK if someone can still blank their message, or completely change it, if they think better of it, at least within the time limit for making edits.

Editing is only a short term option anyway, so it’s probably less of a problem if we have to lose it in order to keep attachments in the age restricted forums.
Losing attachments in the age restricted forums, unless there’s another way of posting images there, would be a much greater loss.

I hate to get rid of editing if there is already no way to bin or delete a post. The attachments are capped very small, but somehow it’s being offered in the edit screen? I always make typos and go back to edit.
There’s a similar issue in the age verified forum. At first the attachment limit is 2MB, but when you go in to edit, the attachment is capped at 512KB. This looks like editing might be linked to the permission to add a 512KB file!-
21st June 2025 at 5:53 pm #747::
Worst case, you can always ask me to delete a forum post.
Attachments in the age-verified areas are 2MB. Elsewhere they should not be allowed. 512KB is not specified anywhere so I’m not sure where it’s getting that from. The editing dialogue is messed up because the attachments plugin is a mess.
I can’t fix the attachments. It’s an external plugin and it’s rubbish.

Ed seems to think we should be able to bin a post, so if the reason we can’t is found, editing by binning and replacing would be more acceptable than losing attachments altogether.
But all of these things seem to be bugs that the author(s) really ought to be persuaded to address. I’ve not come across forum software anywhere else that’s so clumsy and incompetent.

@ed – “Does this solution work for attachments? It’s not ideal but it sort of does what we need.”
Do you mean the workaround of adding them by editing a new post? Yes, it’s a usable solution.(And it’s now putting replies after the message being replied to.)

I don’t think that nudity has to be naughty or sexual but for most people it is and that’s what makes it exciting, like I’ve said before if people were comfortable with nudity where would be the fun in being naked?!
-
10th July 2025 at 10:09 am #1224::
I agree. If nudity was the norm, there’d be nude people in Aldi on a Saturday morning when I’m doing my weekly shop. Mind you, that’s quite a revolting thought as I frequently witness some of the slovenly, slow-moving creatures with hangovers seeking food who look like they’ve rolled out of bed and just pulled a coat on before heading out.
So, yes, IMO, nudity should be naughty with an element of risk.

So there are different situations for nudity. I don’t feel a naturist setting (usually full of fairly average older people) is a “naughty” situation. This is where the awareness of what’s normal, can help people with body positivity.
How does that compare with the MDL type dares? Well for some people who start off uncomfortable even with private nudity, the basic MDL dares are going to expand their experience a little — but there’s much come a point when a line is crossed? On the other side of the equation — models posing nude to get an acting job/agent?
Only fans type video streaming as an income source?
Strip clubs that claim not to be fronts for prostitution, but purely a way for girls to make money?
This if the debate that I see as being at the heart of this site. It’s not a simple answer.
I’m certainly not joining in anything in Aldi!

For me as well, a naturist situation isn’t a naughty one.
The others all have rarity value – if my world was absolutely full of all-of-the-above then I wouldn’t be anywhere near as curious about what someone looked like naked. The question then is why is it rare and therefor valuable? Is modelling/ streaming/ stripping uncommon because it’s naughty, because it’s risky or even foolhardy, or for some other reason? Is it limited by needing a specific personality or appearance, never mind the other factors?
If it’s about men being selective as to naked womens personality and/or appearance then we venture into more politicised territory. Why do predatory men seek to control the supply of naked women by putting boundaries around what they consider “acceptable”, not just to them but to everyone? If I make it difficult for women to be publically naked, and therefore increase the rarity value, that then creates a market that I can control.

And for some strange reason, it offers me to add an attachment when I edit?
Which should I get rid of, attachments or editing?
If there’s any mechanism for adding attachments in parts of the forum where they are not permitted, the site is dead. The site would become illegal.
